I’m Tee (Treisa) Gary—an actor of 25 years, an ordained minister, and a frequency facilitator dedicated to helping people move energy, emotion, and stuck stories so they can heal.

When I was a child, I lost a lot of people I loved deeply. And while the adults around me knew what was happening, no one ever really sat down to talk to me about it. I understood something—I even understood death—but I didn’t know what to do with the feelings I had.

In 2024, after losing another very special relative, I watched the children move through the mourning process by quietly following the adults around them. Maybe there were questions, brief explanations—but just…this is how it is or silence. And it brought everything back for me.

That’s what inspired TT and The Guiding Stars, the very first book in the TT’s Adventures series. It’s a gentle, loving way to begin a conversation about loss, love, and what it means when someone we care about isn’t here anymore and how we can stay connected to them.

The rest of the series explores other important life moments—like bravery, intuition, self-trust, staying calm, being kind, and learning how to bounce back when things don’t go your way. Each book follows TT, the little blue bunny, whose light-hearted adventures help turn big emotions into meaningful conversations.

Because kids feel it all. And even if the grown-ups around them don’t always have the time, tools, or emotional space to help them process it in the moment, TT is here to help carry the conversation from here. 💙
