Treisa Gary: Actor, Author & Energy Worker

✨ A Letter From Treisa!

Hey love, welcome to my corner of the internet!

I’m Treisa Gary — also known as “that one actress who looks familiar.” Yep, that’s me. You’ve probably seen my face in a movie, TV show, or commercial and thought, “Wait, do I know her?” (Spoiler: you do now 💁🏽‍♀️).

My journey? Wild and wonderful. I went from crunching numbers as an accountant at Telepictures Productions to being discovered and stepping onto Hollywood sets with legends like Christian Bale, Angela Bassett, Rose Byrne, Nicolas Cage, and yes — even Zac Efron (he’s as charming as you think). From gritty dramas to laugh-out-loud comedies, I bring all of me — heart, humor, and healing — to every role.

But here’s the plot twist: I’m not just an actress. I’m also a healer, coach, and author. I created my 8 Steps to Working Actor audition technique to help performers stop overthinking and start booking. I wrote the TT’s Adventures children’s series to sprinkle joy, courage, and love into little hearts. And I founded Evidently Soul because, honestly, healing should feel less like homework and more like a deep exhale (with maybe a sound bath or two).

Everything I do — whether on screen or in session — comes back to this truth: Energy is Everything. When we clear what doesn’t serve us, we make space for magic (and I’ve got a gift for helping with that ✨).

So take a look around my site. Dive into the acting, explore the healing, check out the books. Whether you’re here for inspiration, collaboration, or just a little reminder that joy is always available — I’m glad you’re here.

Now, let’s make some magic together. 💫

With love + laughter,
Treisa

Now this is what I call the best seat in the house. 🎬

To every Casting Director, Director, Writer, Producer, and fellow artist who’s ever seen me—not just the headshot, the credits, or the competition, but the soul. For seeing through the noise, for trusting your instincts, and for choosing heart over hype—I thank you.

To those who’ve welcomed my energy without judgment, without projection, and without fear of the mirror I carry: thank you in advance. I’m pretty aware of what I hold. I know what I reflect. And I honor the courage it takes to hold space for that.

To my family, friends, and every beautiful soul who cheers me on—I love you deeply. You’re part of every role I step into and every healing I offer.

From my seat in the chair to yours, may we all continue to rise, reflect, and remember who we are.

God bless us all. 🙏🏾💫

A Few Other Things That Bring Me Joy?

  • A diverse group of people posing together outdoors at a restaurant or cafe, with multiple wine glasses and bottles in the foreground. They are standing on a patio with string lights and umbrellas in the background, suggesting a festive gathering or celebration.

    Hosting Actor Retreats

There’s nothing like witnessing actors drop the masks and reconnect with their truth. I find joy in creating sacred spaces where artists can shed the pressure, remember who they are, and breathe life into their craft with fresh clarity. These retreats are healing labs for the soul-and I get to watch transformations unfold in real time. Pure magic.

  • Person holding a children's book titled "TT and the Soothing Sea" with a cartoon blue rabbit on the cover.

    Writing Children's Books

Each story I write is a love letter to the child within us all. I find joy in crafting tales that heal, empower and inspire-especially for children who feel deeply and see the world through wonder. These books are more than pages; they’re tools for connection, imagination and emotional growth.

  • A group sound healing session with participants lying on mats.

Hosting Spiritual Retreats & Sound Baths

My soul sings when I guide others into stillness. Whether it’s the vibration of a sound bowl or the deep release of a spiritual retreat, I find joy in helping people clear what no longer serves them and to remember the divine energy that’s always been within. Healing is my art, and watching people rise…? That’s my joy!
