People naturally come to me when they’re facing life’s toughest seasons — grief, major career shifts, empty-nesting, or simply feeling stuck. I’ve walked through my own storms, and I know what it takes to rise when life feels impossible. With compassion, wisdom, and practical tools, I create a safe space for you to release, reset, and rebuild your inner strength so you can move forward with clarity, peace, and resilience.

Grounding Check-In (15 minutes) For when the waves hit hard and you need a lifeline.
Resilience Reset (60 minutes) A full session to release, realign, and restore your emotional strength.
Steady Ground (1 session per week) Build ongoing resilience with consistent weekly support.
Deep Renewal (2 sessions per week) Intensive support to move through heavy transitions and rebuild strength quickly.
Sacred Space Session (60–75 minutes) A personal, heart-to-heart healing experience in shared space.

Resilience Reset 60-minute full session to release, realign, and restore strength. $125
Steady Ground 1 session/week (4x/month) for ongoing resilience. $450/month
Deep Renewal 2 sessions/week (8x/month) for intensive support. $850/month
