Evidently Soul invites you to join us at Griffith Park for a vibration raising Sound Bath. Bring your yoga mat or blanket and pillow and prepare to enjoy this beautiful outdoor event.

There are so many reasons to join our Sound Bath Meditation, but here are just a few…
1) It can Reset your nervous system: Evidently Souls’ ceremonies are infused with many modalities that relax the mind, body & spirit. We use sound healing, breath work, drums, rain sticks, meditation, chakra balancing and Reiki, which is administered by our certified Reiki Master. This opens you up to become clear on what you currently need at this point of your journey.
2) We use two full sets of 432 MHz Sound Bowls to make sure that you feel every single vibration and to receive all the benefits emitted from them. It totally calms fight or flight.
3) Making time for yourself: This is such a powerful move in the area of self care. The degree of relaxation in this safe space is unmatched.
4) Meeting like-minded people: who understand the importance of self care. And we all know how important it is to have loving community support. It’s a great way to connect other kind souls.
5) Connecting with your higher self: Heightening your awareness and understanding that you are a part of something greater is always humbling and brings a feeling of lasting peace to your heart.
6) Connecting with nature: We need this for our survival as humans and sometimes we get so busy that we lose sight of our intuition and the importance of honoring the healing effects of Mother Earth.
7) Checking in and Setting new intentions: What we do in a sound bath goes beyond the one hour that you spend with us.
