This character actor is rising to leading lady because of her organically colorful acting skills. She has a love for 1-hr procedurals and her comedic timing comes with ease. Treisa’s emotional range is quite broad. Be it single or multi-camera, comedy or drama, she’s comfortable with who she is and does not disappoint.
Treisa wrote and performed a one-woman show called “While I Go Through the Pain”, which sold out every night. It was inspired by the murder of her 26 year old brother. She continues to pack houses at the Hollywood Improv, The Comedy Union and improv shows at The Hothouse.
She starred in a film called “Woman’s Work”, where she plays a housewife and mother who discovers she has a super power, heightened adrenaline. The film was accepted into twenty-two 2008 film festivals, including The AFI Film Festival, Comic Con (received honorable mention for animation), Dances with Films, The Black Hollywood Film Festival and The LA Comedy Shorts Fest in 2009.
When she’s not on set, Treisa enjoys coaching actors. She developed her own 8-step process to breaking down a scene and published a book on the process. Her students say the insight and inspiration she provides are immeasurable.“It’s the perfect way for me to act every day and give back at the same time”, says Treisa.

With the amount of passion and dedication she puts into the creative process,
who knows what she’ll accomplish. Treisa adds, “Right now, I
love acting for my “self”. It’s all I want to do and I’m
honored to do it as a profession as long as I can”.
